Completion Date: Oct. 30, 2024 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: none The City of Bozeman 2024 Evergreen Drive Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project consists of the replacement of 348 lineal feet of 21" vitrified clay pipe with 21" SDR-35 PVC pipe, one sewer service lateral and connections to two existing manholes. The section of pipe to be replaced lies between Evergreen Drive and railroad right-of-way. Completion of this work will include the removal and disposal of existing vitrified clay pipe, installation of new SDR35 PVC pipe, asphalt and turf restoration, tree trimming, and bypass pumping. CONTRACTOR is not required to have registered with the DLI prior to bidding on this project but must have registered prior to execution of the Construction Agreement. All laborers and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by the laws of Gallatin County and the state of Montana. Discrimination in the performance of any agreement awarded under this project on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, marital status, national origin, or actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity or disability is prohibited. Each Bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Bozeman, Montana, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Copies of the bid bond provided by the Contractor's Surety Company, a certified check or cashier's check shall be uploaded through online Electronic Bid Bond. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided.
