The University is seeking a Contractor or multiple Contractors to provide window cleaning services for 47 campus buildings. We have split this RFP into five (5) categories as seen in Attachment A under Buyer Attachments. Each service category proposed will be evaluated and scored independently, so Offeror is to provide sufficient information for each category proposed. Offerors may respond to one, two, three, four, or all five of the categories listed if they wish to be evaluated for consideration to provide services to the University in one, two, three, four, or all five of these categories. By responding to multiple categories, the Offeror accepts the responsibility that they can fulfill the requirements for each category as outlined in this RFP. Attachment A spells out frequency for each building with a plan to complete all 47 buildings in a four-year cycle. The requirement is that this work is completed during the summer. In Attachment A, if there is date flexibility out of the defined summer period, that is identified by, "summer preference," and the Contractor will work with the University primary contact for that category to schedule. The University defines the summer as the time period between Spring Commencement and Freshman Move in. Typically, the University holds Spring Commencement on the second Friday of May. Freshman Move in typically begins on the third Saturday of August. The term of the contract will be for four (4) years with an option to renew up to an additional three (3) years.
