On each end of the building there is metal trim approximately halfway up. The building has one bathroom, four offices, and a workshop. C. Project Description: The lack of permanent reliable HVAC in these buildings results in a workspace that is nearly unoccupiable for six months of the year. To solve this problem, this project will install new HVAC systems in each building, as defined in the Contract Documents. Late proposals submitted after this deadline may be considered only if it is in the government's best interest and if it will not unduly delay award. Payment and Performance bonds are due ten (10) days after award and must be accepted by the Contracting Officer prior to mobilization.. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
