Chatham Acres Restoration Estimate: $693,383.44 Snohomish County in accordance with the provisions and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. All questions shall be submitted as follows: Questions shall be submitted in writing to purchasing@snoco.org and must be received by the County no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the due date for sealed bids. This Contract provides for the restoration of rearing and refuge habitat at the Chatham Acres site on the North Fork Stillaguamish River near River Mile 26. The project area is entirely within County-owned property covering an area of approximately 27 acres, with some access through private property via temporary construction easements. Construction of several different types of ELJ (Engineered Logjam) structures, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the 2024 WSDOT Standard Specifications.
