Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Carrollton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Reconditioning the 200,000-gallon Clem elevated storage tank to include complete removal/replacement of interior/exterior coatings & miscellaneous repairs. Work to be let under one Contract if award is made. Owner reserves the right to select Bid in Owner's best interest. The work of constructing the project will be let under one Contract if an award should be made; and the Owner reserves the right to select the Bid considered by the Owner to be in the best interest of the Owner. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the form of Bid Bond attached to the Contract Documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed as a certified company in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five percent of the Bid. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any/all proposals & waive technical errors if in Owner's best interest.
