RFP - Feasibility Study All questions about the meanings or intent, discrepancies or omissions of the RFP must be submitted by email on or before May 14, 2024, to Michael Beall, Director of Public Works at mbeall@upmd.org. Responses will be provided by email to known bidders, and on the Town's website, by May 17, 2024. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in the best interest of the Town. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on site on May 14, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. All questions about the meanings or intent, discrepancies or omissions of the RFP must be submitted by email on or before May 14, 2024, to Michael Beall, Director of Public Works at mbeall@upmd.org. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time The Town of University Park, located in Prince Georges County, Maryland (the Town) requests sealed bid proposals from architecture/engineering professionals (A/E) as specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP) and in the exhibits and all other contract documents (together the Contract Documents) for a Feasibility Study (Study) for Alterations to the Department of Public Works Building, located at 4201 48th Street (Project).
