Remove existing gravel surface built-tup roof down to deck. o Abate ACM roofing flashings per NYS DOL CR56. o Fully Adhere two layers of 2.6 polyisocyanurate insulation to concrete deck in Low Rise Insulation Adhesive. o Fully adhere 1/8" Tapered Polyisocyanurate insulation in Low Rise Insulation Adhesive. o Fully adhere 1/2 " Dens Deck Prime in Low Rise Insulation Adhesive. o Install FOUR plies of Burmastic Compositeply HT set in Burmastic Adhesive at a rate of 2 gallons per square interply. o Apply gravel surface with flood coat consisting of 5 gallons per SQ of Burmastic Adhesive. o Install new flashing consisting of TRA Elastomeric Sheeting set in Sheeting Bond.
