Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brunswick, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Number: STP00-2868-00(00l) This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for construction of a concrete bicycle and pedestrian trail including cleanup and any incidental work thereto to complete the project. All work is to meet specifications and/or standards of the City of Brunswick and to include any addendums thereof. Project will include minor grading, construction of concrete trail, and thermoplastic pavement markings. All bidders must be licensed to conduct business of this nature in the State of Georgia. Bidders must be fully insured so as to save the City of Brunswick harmless as a result of any action or accident related to this project. A Bid Bond of 10% of the amount of the bid must accompany the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the total Contract amount. The City of Brunswick, owner, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, negotiate, waive informalities and/or make the award in the best interest of the City of Brunswick.
