Site work and paving for a civil project in Deloit, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Cleaning, root cutting & treatment, videotape inspection of the existing sanitary sewer collection system, CIPP lining using Ultraviolet curing method, and a final videotape inspection for recording as built location of sewer service lines after they are re-connected and sealed. Question Deadline 06/04/2024 Mr. Terence Crawford, PE, Sundquist Engineering, P.C., Owner's Project Engineer @ terryc@sundquistengineering.com shall be emailed all questions by seven (7) days prior to the bid letting. Any required addenda to answer or clarify questions received in time (7 days prior to letting) shall be issued by the Engineer by three (3) days prior to the bid letting The Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately$ 625,000.00. The amount of the Bid Security must be at least 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Project has an expected duration of 112 calendar days. The successful bidder will be notified of the Award of Contract within 10 days of the Bid Letting. The work on the project shall be commenced by the Contractor within 10 days of written Notice to Proceed and shall be completed by February 14, 2025, unless a written extension is granted by the Owner.
