The amount of the Bid Security must be at least 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Project has an expected duration of 112 calendar days. The successful bidder will be notified of the Award of Contract within 10 days of the Bid Letting. The work on the project shall be commenced by the Contractor within 10 days of written Notice to Proceed and shall be completed by February 14, 2025, unless a written extension is granted by the Owner.
