Reference Number 0000352127 The project will include, but is limited to: A feasibility study and discussion on snowmaking for two areas of focus within the Aspen Snowmass Nordic Trail System. If the areas of focus are deemed practical, a schematic design along with preliminary estimates of installed infrastructure and required resources will be presented for both areas. After schematic designs are approved, a development design of complete snowmaking systems with specifications and all required infrastructure, resources, earth moving, operating manual and opinion of probable cost is presented for both areas. It is the Vendor's responsibility to check the website for Q&As, addendums, and other important information. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or accept what is, in its judgment, the Proposal which is in the City's best interest. The City further reserves the right, in the best interests of the City, to accept a late submittal or to waive any technical defects or irregularities in any and all Proposals submitted.
