Reference Number 0000350390 The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional Engineering services to assess the current conditions of asphalt pavement, curb and gutter and ADA ramps on public Aspen roads. The project will include, but is limited to: a full current condition assessment of all asphalt in the public right-of-way, a complete assessment of curb and gutter conditions in the public rightof-way, and an assessment of all ADA ramps in the public right-of-way. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or accept what is, in its judgment, the Proposal which is in the City's best interest. The City further reserves the right, in the best interests of the City, to accept a late submittal or to waive any technical defects or irregularities in any and all Proposals submitted.
