Reference Number 0000347480 The project will include but is not limited to: professional services to survey, design, assist City in public outreach, provide permitting assistance, and provide coordination services with other utilities for the replacement of 785 linear feet of 6 pipeline located on Wrights Road in Aspen, Colorado. The project will produce a complete bid package for the construction of an engineered waterline in accordance with the current Aspen Water Distribution Standards. This includes any reports, necessary plans and specifications detailing the project, engineers' opinion of probably construction cost (EOPC), and permit applications for the Work. Award Notification and Delivery of Contract Documents by May 13th, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or accept what is, in its judgment, the Proposal which is in the City's best interest. The City further reserves the right, in the best interests of the City, to accept a late submittal or to waive any technical defects or irregularities in any and all Proposals submitted.
