Reference Number 0000347205 Ther purpose of the RFQ is to identify a short list of Qualified Developers, to be selected based on the Qualifications Packages received in response to this RFQ. This group of selected Qualified Developers will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional development services, including but not necessarily limited to, planning, design, development, financing, construction, ownership, management, operation and maintenance of the Lumberyard affordable housing project. Aspen's Lumberyard affordable housing development is a long-term residential affordable rental housing facility with 300+/- units, located on 11+/- acres of land owned by the City of Aspen within Aspen City limits. The Project site is located at 38005 CO-82, Aspen, CO.
