Site work and paving for a civil project in Helena, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
DNRC is soliciting bids for the Gary C. Moon Forest Road Improvement and Project to complete the following (see attachment B for complete list): Clean bridge deck. Add rock at bridge approaches to fill in potholes. Construct new curve on the west side of the bridge to lowboy standards (75-foot turn radius). Place 50' slash filter windrow at Station C 2+00 of the existing road. Relocate road between Station C Maintain drain dip and excavate Maintain drain dip, and relieve ditch across, and excavate 20' lead-out. Begin turnpike. Replace pipe crossing according to Stream Crossing Specifications. Reinstall gate hinge higher on post. Reinforce post to prevent splitting with pole band(s) made from metal. Cut metal in gate locking bell to facilitate use of locking chain with basic metal cutting/welding equipment to be provided by Contractor. Install Filter Fabric Sediment Control Fence Excavate rubber flapper diverter from roadbed avoiding damage to the rubber belt and wood supports. Reinstall following rock placement according to attached Rubber Flapper Specification. Rock-armor outlet. Reinstallation must occur within one week of rock installation Question Submission Close Date 5/28/2024 3:30 PM MDT
