The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is seeking bids to replace carpet, base and transitions in first floor common areas at the Sunset View building in Cordova, AK. Contract starts upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. The completion date for this project is on or before June 1, 2025. The successful bidder shall remove and dispose of existing glued down carpet, vinyl base and transitions and install new carpet tile, vinyl base and transitions. Approximately 1000 sqft. of floors and 160 lft. of base. Successful bidder is to provide a minimum of three carpet samples each with 6 or more color choices to be selected by local staff. One sample is to be Mohawk "First One Up II" and the other 2 of equal or better quality selected by contractor. 10% of each color is to be left on sight for future repairs. Base and transition samples are to be provided to local staff for color selection. Successful bidder responsible for all costs associated with completion of the contract, to include but not limited to permits, materials, shipping, labor, warranty registration, and complete installation
