The scope of work will include all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision, to remove the existing drainage trench and install an aircraft wash down collection system by installing a new drainage trench, a new sump pump pit and new sump pump at Aviation Support Facility, Cordova with an Optional Bid Item of excavating, testing, analyzing, and disposing of contaminated soil (assume 5 cubic yards). This project also includes the rebuilding of the southern slope of the drainage ditch located next to Cordova Housing Unit 7 to its original state, the stabilization of the bank slope by adding a cast-in-place 10 foot long by 5 foot tall by 8 inches wide concrete retaining wall with 10 feet by 3 feet wide by 1-foot-thick footer with 18 inches of 6"-12" rip rap at the length of the wall, drainage ditch bank and bottom of ditch and incidental related Work. 51291PR240000067 The Contractor is requested to review this RFP as soon as possible upon receipt.
