The Owner is utilizing the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) method of procurement in accordance with Tex. Govt Code 2269.058 and the Professional Servies Procurement Act, Chapter 2254 of the Tex. Gov't Code, specifically Section 2254.004 The selected Respondents will be placed in a pool of qualified consultants. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and technicalities and may, at its sole discretion, request a clarification or other information to evaluate any submission in order to make the award of the contract in the best interests of the Owner Questions concerning this RFQ shall be directed to the Owner's Program Manager, in writing, via the Ionwave portal. Verbal questions and explanations are not permitted other than as described by this section, if any. All questions are due as described in RFQ section III PROBABLE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS. Answers to questions will be issued in an Addendum by the Owner for the Project and will be posted on Owner's Ionwave Portal as described in RFQ section III PROBABLE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Wednesday, June 12, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. C.D.T. - Final addendum and answers to RFQ questions posted on Ionwave.
