Question Deadline 05/22/2024 at 1:00 PM CT The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to solicit bids from responsible, responsive responders to provide the goods and/or services identified and described throughout this solicitation. No subcontracting will be allowed. Responders shall furnish any requested information within three (3) working days after notification from the purchasing agent. Contract Award One contract will be awarded for all items. All items are tied. Bid price must include all requirements listed in the Specifications and Attachment A on the "Attachment Tab". Contract Period The Contractor will be awarded an approximate eleven (11) month contract with an option to renew for five (5) additional years in twelve (12) month increments. Contract Begin Date: June 17, 2024 Contract End Date: April 30, 2025 Standard man-lift will work good for all District 1 locations. Dates for inspections would be June-August. Vendor Requirements: Provide a copy of your Inspection Report with Solicitation Response on the "Attachments Tab". Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination. Payment Contractor shall submit invoices for payment to emails that will be provided to the contracted vendor at time of award. IADOT - Annual Overhead Hoist and Crane Inspection Services for District 1 and Ames Main Complex
