Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: The Project consists of limited interior alterations to the existing Chattanooga Police Real Time Intelligence Center (RTIC), to provide a more functional space for the occupants than the current configuration. In the current configuration, there is a large platform with ramps in the middle of the space. The proposed project would remove this ramp in order to allow for unimpeded views of the monitors on the front wall of the space. In addition, an under-utilized existing space will be enclosed to become an additional office. All questions must be submitted in writing to bidinfo@chattanooga.gov All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act.
