Site work for a water / sewer project in Brentwood, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Brentwood owns and operates a refueling facility (hereinafter "facility") with underground storage tanks at the Brentwood Service Center, located at 1750 General George Patton Drive, Brentwood, TN. The facility is used for fleet refueling and includes one (1) 12,000 gal. unleaded tank, and two (2) interconnected diesel tanks consisting of a 1,000 gal. tank and a 2,000 gal. tank. The City seeks qualified contractors to submit bids to remove and replace the two diesel tanks with one (1) double-walled 8,000 gal. fiberglass reinforced plastic tank, together with appurtenant piping and electrical work to place a completely functioning system back in service. Deadline for Questions:May 31, 2024, 2:00pm Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this bid via the City's e-Procurement Portal The City of Brentwood reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in a bid, and to accept any bid, which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City.
