Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brentwood, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this project is to widen Ragsdale Road from the intersection of Split Log Road to north of Balroyal Road at the Glen Ellen Subdivision. The widened roadway would be a 3-lane curb and gutter road with a center turn lane and intermittent raised median. A 10-foot bike/pedestrian path behind a 5- foot grass strip would also be included on the south side and a 6-foot sidewalk on the other side. There is not a pre-bid scheduled at this time. If enough contractors feel this would help, we could schedule one.
