De-Icing Salt and Calcium Chloride All bids must be made on required Bid form. Bid amounts shall remain in force and warranted against increase until July 1, 2025; however, Hopkins County Fiscal Court may terminate this contract with 30 days written notice. De-icing salt will be purchased in bulk and may be delivered to one of several locations with in the county as directed by the Hopkins County Road Forman and or Public Works Director. Liquid calcium chloride will be purchased in bulk and delivered to the Hopkins County Road Department located at 2290 Laffoon Trail Madisonville Kentucky 42431 between 7 am and 3 pm. Hopkins County Fiscal Court reserves the right to waive any informality, to accept the lowest or best bid, and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Local resident bidders may be eligible for a Kentucky resident bidders preference pursuant to KRS 45A. All bid amounts shall include delivery to any of 3 locations in the county, listed below. Hopkins County Road Department, 2290 Laffoon Trail, Madisonville, Kentucky, Hopkins County Landfill, Landfill Road US 41A, South of Earlington, Madisonville, Kentucky. Hopkins County Convenience Center Highway 260 East Hanson Kentucky
