HFRS-2 Emulsion All bids must be made on required Bid form. Bid amounts shall remain in force and warranted against increase until July 1,2025; however, Hopkins County Fiscal Court may terminate this contract with 30 days written notice. All bids must be made on required Bid form. Bidder will adhere to all standards and regulations, safety and otherwise, of the Hopkins County Fiscal Court and the Kentucky Revised Statutes. Bidder shall provide proof of automobile insurance, general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 and workers compensation upon bid award and acceptance. Bidder must be bonded. Any questions concerning specifications shall be directed to the Public Works Director. Hopkins County Fiscal Court reserves the right to waive any informality, to accept the lowest or best bid, and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Local resident bidders may be eligible for a Kentucky resident bidders preference pursuant to KRS 45A.
