Drainage Pipe Hopkins County Fiscal Court reserves the right to waive any informality, to accept the lowest or best bid, and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Local resident bidders may be eligible for a Kentucky resident bidders preference pursuant to KRS 45A. Conditions and Specifications Bid amounts shall remain in force and warranted against increase until July 1, 2025; however, Hopkins County Fiscal Court may terminate this contract with 30 days written notice. All bid amounts shall include delivery to the County Maintenance Garage at 2290 Laffoon Trail, Madisonville, Kentucky. Larger pipe may be delivered to job site. Each vendor shall include with his bid a notarized statement that all pipes will be delivered meeting these specifications. Drainage Pipe will be ordered individually in no less than a 24 foot order.
