General Conditions and Specifications 1. All bids must be made on required bid form. 2. Delivery cost should be included. 3. Bid amounts shall remain in force and warranted against increase until July 1, 2025; however, Hopkins County Fiscal Court may terminate this contract with 30 days written notice. Hopkins County Fiscal Court reserves the right to waive any informality, to accept the lowest or best bid, and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Local resident bidders may be eligible for a Kentucky resident bidders preference pursuant to KRS 45A.
