Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in De Soto, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project includes milling of existing pavement, asphaltic concrete overlays, along with select pavement patching and curb replacement, and other associated work as part of the City of De Soto, Kansas 2024 Street Maintenance Program. The project is to include the following Streets: a. Timber Trail and Cedar Ridge West: Frederick Drive from Timber Trails Drive to the end; W 84th Terrace, 85th Terrace, W 84th Court, and W 86th Street between Timber Trails Drive to Primrose Street; Timber Trails Drive from W 87th Street to W 84th Terrace; Primrose Street from the inlets just south of 8397 Primrose to W 87th Street. Project Location: De Soto, KS Bidders will be notified of the results within fourteen (14) days of the date set above for bids to be received. The Contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder, but the City of De Soto reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in bids. 4. No pre-bid conference or formal bid opening conference will be held. Each Bidder shall file with their bid a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond drawn on an acceptable bank in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid Bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders, with the exception of the second qualifying bidder, at such time as their bids are rejected. All bidders shall verify that they have considered all written addenda. Any written addenda issued during the time of bidding shall be covered and included in the bid.
