Reference Number 0000270232 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/27 12:00:00 PM CDT The supply and application of dust control chemical at various locations in the Northern Region COMPLETION MODEL The Contract will be assessed Liquidated Damages and Charged Days in accordance with the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Site Occupancy. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The Work must be completed by no later than JULY 17, 2024. Notwithstanding the Provisions for Liquidated Damages, daily liquidated damages after this specified date will be charged at the rate of TWENTY FIVE ($25.00) Dollars per kilometer per calendar day on the balance of roads which have not been treated with dust control chemical at the regional application rate. SEASONAL SHUTDOWN DATE The Seasonal Shutdown Date for this project is August 14, 2024 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
