Reference Number 0000270532 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/31 04:00:00 PM CDT West Region Tribal Council Inc. is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to conduct the inspection of all on-reserve buildings, roads, bridges, water, wastewater, and vehicle assets funded by the Department of Indigenous Services Canada, assets are listed in the annex to this RFP. The RFP requires a physical inspection of assets in 20 First Nation Communities as attached. Project Background The E-ACRS program is a series of formal inspections carried out by qualified inspectors to assess the condition of infrastructure assets, forecast future needs, and to identify defects, repair and rehabilitation projects that are required to maintain their serviceability. All on-reserve, non-residential, O&M funded assets in the participating communities will require inspection. The Terms of Reference, attached, provide the scope of work requirements as expended from the traditional ACRS program. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
