Renovation of a multi-residential development in Fall River, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Female: 6.9% Minorities: 1.6% The work generally includes, but is not limited to the following 1. Removal and disposal of existing asphalt-shingled roof system at the three (3) apartment buildings, exposing existing plywood roof decking. Provide new asphalt-shingled roof assembly over new ice/water shield and shingle manufacturers underlayment. 2. Replacement of deteriorated plywood roof decking. The Project consists of but not limited to: Asphalt single roof replacement at three (3) apartment buildings. The work is estimated to cost $195,000.00. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the FALL RIVER HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Roofing, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
