HVAC Improvements at Sedriks, Biddle & Cottonwood - OSH Value: $500,000 to $1,000,000 Budget: $867,000 This project requires that all contractors wishing to bid as the prime must be pre-qualified by the Office of Facilities and Property Management. Each bid submitted in connection with this Project shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable without condition to the State of Kansas.
