Renovation of a municipal facility in Eufaula, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Plans and specifications are for viewing purposes only in order to be an eligible bidder must purchase the documents from Goodwyn Mills and Cawood. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition work, reroofing, and coordination of the entire project, and all related work required for project completion, as indicated on the Bid and Contract Documents. Bond Notes: Certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner, for not less than five percent (5%) of amount of bid, but in no event more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), must accompany each proposal. Workmen's Compensation, extended fire and tornado insurance, public liability and property damage insurance, performance and payment bond, and Builders Risk insurance will be required. Insurance in compliance with requirements will be required at the signing of the Contract. Owner Rights:The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in their judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. Doc Notes: Other sets for general contractors, and sets for subs and dealers, may be obtained with the same deposit, which will be refunded as above, less cost of printing, reproduction, handling and distribution, which is estimated to be the same as the deposit amount. Partial sets will not be available. To expedite distribution of bid documents, deposit checks should be faxed and mailed to Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC; Attn: Kaylla Dixon; PO Box 242128; Montgomery, AL 36124; Fax No.: (334) 272-1566 (or emailed to: Kaylla.dixon@gmcnetwork.com). Bidder must also include their current license number on the Proposal Form. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of SIXTY (60) days.
