Complete demolition of 36 x 100 x 14 ft wood frame building including concrete foundation and floor. Contractor shall obtain all All utilities (electric, water, gas) have been disconnected from building. necessary permits and approvals from local authorities prior to commencing. Asbestos and Vermiculite materials have been removed from building. Site restoration including supply, placing, and compacting granular fill. The Work must be completed by no later than AUGUST 2, 2024.
