Remove and Replace Three (3) Packaged Gas Units The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. The City does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed ,color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability status in employment or the provision of services. The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified heating, ventilation, and air conditioning vendors with experience in providing services for the following building. The replacement system must be the same or equivalent. The Tetrick Center 1509 West Elk Avenue Elizabethton, Tennessee 37643 Scope of Work: Provide all labor and materials needed to: o Remove existing 20-ton packaged Heat Pump (#122110812D) Trane o Remove existing Lower gym furnace (EMBM425336) York. o Remove existing 2-Ton packaged gas unit (NGBM046042) York. o Provide crane for removal. o Haul the units off site and dispose of properly. o Install new units. o Install new thermostats for all units. o Connect to existing duct and electrical. o Run new electrical circuit and new refrigerant lines for the condenser for the new gym furnace.
