York County is interested in receiving bids from qualified firms who can offer macadam base course for use by the York County Road Maintenance Department. It is the intent of these specifications to establish quality standards for macadam base course used by the York County Road Maintenance Department, to include a method of measurements and a basis of payment. Only the best commercial practices are to be offered and only materials of first quality, correct type and size, are to be bid. York County's intent is to contract with one qualified firm/company who can provide quality macadam base materials. It is anticipated that an agreement will be offered to the bidder who is determined to best meet the needs of the County Questions Due By 05/24/2024 at 16:00 Hours (EST) Terms of Contract The contract term shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew for one (1) additional year and shall commence from issuance of Purchase Order to delivery and acceptance by owner of product/services described in this document.
