Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in North Blenheim, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Engineer's Estimate Range: $81,600.00 - $110,400.00 The completion date for this project is 350 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Project Specific Liquidated Damages (Refer to Article 14.10 of the General Conditions). This project is for the demolition and reconstruction of the kiddie pool at Mine Kill State Park in North Blenheim, NY, and includes the demolition and reconstruction of the pool, pool deck, perimeter fence, and selective work inside the pool equipment building, and all other related work include shown in the Contract Documents. Refer to the contract Plans and Project Manual for all associated work. All Primes shall be aware that the SEQR review identified that The pool is closes on September 9, 2024, and reopens on June 28, 2025. All construction work shall be performed between those dates with a substantial completion date of June 6, 2025.
