The Village of Key Biscayne, a municipality located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, hereby requests proposals from qualified firms as further defined in Section 2 of this request for proposals ("Services") to provide Disaster Debris Monitoring Services in accord with all statutes and rules issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency ("FEMA"). The Village shall enter into a contractual agreement with the selected contractor and by submitting a response to this proposal a proposer agrees to be the contractor if awarded. The information in this RFP will be used by the Village to make its determination. The Village intends to award a contract to the selected Contractor(s) for the Services provided in this RFP. Service shall be in full accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested businesses may obtain the full solicitation and all associated documents through the Procurement Portal. It is strongly encouraged that Respondents register well in advance of the deadline to leave time to address any technical issues. It is also recommended that Respondents include any commodity codes for services or products it offers as the Village uses these codes to send notice of relevant solicitation opportunities.
