Requirement: This notice is issued by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Western Acquisition Division (WAD) and Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory (AOML) to identify sources capable of providing the following: Systematically replace old electrical components to upgrade the building's electrical infrastructure at an AOML building located at 4301 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, FL 33149 on Virginia Key, Florida. The Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory, located on Virginia Key, Florida is a research facility owned by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The main building was commissioned in 1973 and consists of roughly 78,000 square feet of office, laboratory, workshop, machinery, and storage space. There is also a 3,000 square foot warehouse and boat storage area behind the main building. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated for award.
