A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. New pre-engineered metal building of approximately 26,651 SF to house Brazoria Countys Alvin Annex facility, including Justic of the Peace activities with Private Offices, Administrative Areas, Healthcare Facilities, and Restrooms. In accordance with Texas Government Code 2269, Brazoria County is seeking proposals for the construction of a new preengineered metal building of approximately 26,651 square feet which will house the Countys Alvin Annex facility, including Justice of the Peace activities, along with private offices, administrative areas, healthcare facilities and restrooms. The project will be awarded to a single prime contractor. Approved ARPA funded Budget: $8,000,000.00 Estimated Completion Time: 12 months Due to the nature of the funding source, construction must be completed by December 31, 2026.
