Supply, delivery and application of asphalt products for fog seal, seal coat and chip seal for the year 2024 The Contracts involve furnishing and applying asphalt products (GSB-88, and GMRSS or equivalent) meeting the specifications required, to meet the needs of the City of Burley road repairs and maintenance All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of either a bid bond, certified check, cashier s check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Before a contract will be awarded, the owner may consider the performance record, equipment, and ability of the apparent low bidder to perform the type of work specified under this contract. The City of Burley reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Burley.
