City of Burley Will Be Accepting Bids for the Remodel/construction of a New Addition to the Burley Public Library Loacted at 1300 Miller Ave., Burley Diaho 83318. Bid Security in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Will Be Required in One of the Following Forms: Cash/cashiers Check Bid Bond This Project is Funded by a Grant From the Idaho Commission for Libraries. As Such, Bidder Agrees That the Construction/remodel Shall Be Substantially Complete on or Before August 15, 2026 in Compliance With the Idaho Commission for Libraries Grant. The City of Burley Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Award the Bid as May Be Determined to Be in the Best Interest of the City of Burley and the Burley Public Library. Bidders Will Submit Their Bids on the Form Supplied by the City of Burley and All Bids Will Specify a Total Bid. The scope of work includes the replacement of roofing for both new and existing structures. Specifically, the existing library roof, which is approximately 7377 square feet, requires replacement
