Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Queen Creek, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of November 2025, the project is in design, and a general contractor has been awarded the project. A construction schedule has not been established. The Town of Queen Creek is accepting proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to support the design and construction of a new Fleet Maintenance Facility located on the existing Field Operations campus located at 19715 S. 220th Street, Queen Creek, AZ 85142. The new Fleet maintenance facility is a key infrastructure element, required to support the expansion of the Town Departments, including the Police Department. The Town is currently under contract with Arrington Watkins and work has started on the conceptual design for the building, therefore the successful CMAR Contractor will be working with Arrington Watkins to design and construct this facility.
