As of November 21, 2024 project was awarded to Bejar Construction, Inc., but awarded amount is not available. The City of Miramar is seeking a Contractor to furnish all materials, equipment and labor to build four (4) pickleball courts with lighting, fencing, bleachers, shade covering and a water fountain at the Silver Lakes Tennis Complex. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Citys Procurement Department, 2200 Civic Center Place, Miramar, Florida 33025, by email to: bamartinmiramarfl.gov, no later than August 29, 2024 Absolutely no questions will be answered if submitted after the question submittal deadline. Deadline for written questions August 29, 2024 The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Solicitation process, to award certain areas or all of the Work to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder, as deemed in the best interest of the City.
