Rooms that are scheduled to receive new floors are shown on the contract drawings; 2. Clean, patch, spot prime and paint interior walls and ceilings. Existing unpainted pine paneling do not receive paint; 3.At bathroom #2, disconnect plumbing, remove plumbing, cap plumbing (behind wall) and remove prefabricated shower enclosure; 4. Where shower is removed, patch the adjoining walls and floor; 5. At bathroom #2, provide two (2) coats of oil based polyurethane with Satin finish to the existing pine paneling; 6 At furnace room, provide new wall with vented door to separate the furnace room from the means of egress; 7. Relocate existing furnace room ceiling light to allow new wall installation; 8. Remove existing trim, existing entry door and frame at main entrance and utility room; and 9.
