Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Sub Bid Category Plumbing and Electrical Question Deadline 08/22/2024 at 5:00 PM ET WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT A. The work to be done under this contract consists of executing and completing all work required for John F. Kennedy Middle School Kitchen Upgrades. 1. General Information: The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to the following: a. Renovation/Reconfiguration of building kitchen areas to remove existing and install new dishwasher and grease interceptor. b. New MEP/FP for new equipment and building reconfiguration. Tie new HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical work to existing building infrastructure as indicated in Drawings. Reconfigure existing systems as required. c. New floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, window treatments, ACT ceilings, signage, and casework throughout and refinishing of existing finishes. d. Rooftop work will be required at new HVAC rooftop equipment. B. The Building will be occupied throughout construction. Diligent scheduling with the Architect and Owner will be required from the General Contractor and all subcontractors to ensure work remains on schedule, while keeping a safe learning environment for students, teachers, and staff.
