The Elk Mountain School District 16-2 is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing Architectural & Engineering services required for the construction/remodel of a classroom addition. Firms with relevant design experience and qualifications are encouraged to submit their proposals. The purpose of the RFP process is to identify and select the Architectural Firm to work with the Elk Mountain School District on the proposed project. The district does plan to use a CMaR for this project. The architect firm the district hires will assist the district with securing a construction manager. All site visits, printing and construction administration related services during construction should be included in the fee.
