Reference Number 0000352702 The City of Box Elder is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the design and construction of a Fuel Island Canopy. This Fuel Island Canopy will be located at the City of Box Elder Public Works Campus. This canopy design must have a minimum clearance height of 16 feet, minimum wind load of 112 MPH Exposure "C", minimum live load of 20 PSF, have overhead lighting fixtures, internal drain, and provide maintenance information and schedule. See Bid Item Descriptions for more details. Bidders shall review the work areas to verify the quantities of work for the project Question Deadline 06/18/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No. Bids may not be withdrawn prior to thirty (30) days after the bid opening. The Owner will award the bid within ten (10) days after the bid opening. Project Award by City : July 2, 2024 Notice to Proceed: July 9, 2024 Substantial Completion: June 27, 2025 Final Completion: July 25, 2025 Regardless of actual construction start date, all work specified in the contract documents must be substantially completed by June 27, 2025 and complete in every respect and ready for final payment no later than July 25, 2025.
