Site work for a civil project in Box Elder, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000356858 The Box Elder is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to construct a 6" water main from the Box Elder's Well No.10 wellhead across 150th Avenue to the existing 8" PVC water main. More details requirements, a map the site location, and site plan can be found in the bid package under Bid Item Descriptions and Appendix I. Contractor must coordinate with other work on site including on-site grading, foundation, electrical and well installation. Major quantities include 110' 6 inch watermain, 130' 8 inch watermain, 2 fire hydrants, and applicable fittings and valves. BID BOND (5% Bid): Required Bids may not be withdrawn prior to thirty (30) days after the bid opening. The Owner will award the bid within ten (10) days after the bid opening. Regardless actual construction start date, all work specified in the contract documents must be substantially completed by September 27, 2024 and complete in every respect and ready for final payment no later than October 11, 2024.
