Site work for a civil project in Box Elder, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Well 10 - Site Grading and Well House Foundation The City of Box Elder is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to construct the well house foundation for Box Elder Well 10. The well house foundation construction includes the following: site grading; installing electrical conduit on the site through the foundation into the well house; installing ductile iron water pipe into the foundation; installing storage tank for the floor drain; and management of well house onto the foundation. More details of requirements, a map of the site location, and site plan can be found in the bid package. Contractor must coordinate with other work on site including water main construction and well equipment installation. Bids may not be withdrawn prior to thirty (30) days after the bid opening. The Owner will award the bid within ten (10) days after the bid opening. The Owner and Contractor hereby acknowledges that the time of completion of the work is of vital importance, and the Contractor will be required to complete the work within the time stipulated in the contract. Regardless of actual construction start date, all work specified in the contract documents must be substantially completed by October 30, 2024 and complete in every respect and ready for final payment no later than November
