Hopewell Twp. Trustees, Perry Co. will receive sealed bids for State certified MWS-150 Liquid asphalt delivered and applied to various roads in Hopewell Twp. Bids are to be submitted per gallon supplied/applied and per ton of cover aggregate. Hopewell Township will be supplying their own #8 stone. Bids must also include all labor and traffic control to complete this project as specified by Hopewell Twp. Trustees. Variable width stone box equipped with 18' width single pass coverage, broom for pre-shot sweeping of road surfaces and pneumatic roller for post compaction are required. Hopewell Twp. reserves the right to segment the project allowing for pre-seal road preparations.
